A fantastic opportunity is now available to work with a team of energetic and focused individuals within our Property Data Team. You will be responsible for liaising with customers to investigate and resolve billing requests and complaints whilst continuing to provide a customer quality experience. Your day to day duties include creating and maintaining customer, property and meter master data and processing business exceptions which includes some investigation and data processing.

To be successful, you will have previous experience in a business support role with a strong customer service focus. You will have the ability to use office software to analyse data and update records involving billing processes and systems to ensure accurate billing. Your attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in capturing and processing information will set you apart from the rest. Ideally, you will have experience in use of SAP including BDEx, ISU and CRM. You will be confident and knowledgeable in the use of computers. 

If successful, you will be working with a high performing team that are committed, supportive and dedicated. You will have high level interpersonal skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Ideally, you will be energetic and team focused, flexible, enthusiastic and have a genuine commitment to achieving positive results.
