About us
Water is the most valuable natural resource in the world. The work of the Service Excellence Program Team is to ensure that Sydney Water’s assets are managed to ensure continual care for the health of the rivers and beaches of Greater Sydney and provide essential water and wastewater services to the community. About the role
Reporting to the Practice Manager Process Improvement, will be responsible for leveraging and implementing process maturity frameworks. You will also be leading an exciting project Spatial Hub project for Sydney Water. This project will be about replacing our HYDRA system which is a mapping overlay system used for our asset management.
About you
This role will suit a leader with significant experience in leading business process improvement in cross functional and transformational programs. You will be a hands-on person who is comfortable leading by example as well as coaching and influencing others to ensure the achievement of significant business outcomes. To be considered for this position you will need.
- Demonstrated leadership experience driving transformations and process improvement in a fast-paced changing environment.
- End-to-end process design experience plus demonstrated ability to investigate and understand underpinning systems, data, ways of working, capabilities, governance, and technology.
- Evidence of how you effectively manage and influence business relationships across all business groups (including executives) with a solution focus and creative problem-solving skills.
- Sound understanding of asset management.
- Appreciation for value of working collaboratively, with diversity and inclusion as key values.
- Deep understanding of improvement methodologies and the ability to mentor others.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt)
