We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a background in the infrastructure and/or construction industry to join our Talent Operations team to support this growth. This key position offers an opportunity to drive our recruitment strategies, shape the future of our workforce, and play a central role in our talent acquisition efforts.
About the Role
You will oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience for both internal and external applicants while aligning with the business priorities of hiring managers. By leveraging data, market insights, and advanced talent management tools, you will strategically source talent, provide valuable guidance to internal stakeholders, and proactively support hiring needs.
What You’ll Do
Stakeholder Management: Create strong and trusting relationships with hiring managers through the provision of advice and guidance at every step, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
Candidate Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, guiding them smoothly through the recruitment process and ensuring a high-quality experience for both internal and external applicants.
Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing: Identify and attract suitable candidates for open roles, conduct thorough screenings, and facilitate interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
Recruitment Management: Organise and plan recruitment meetings and events, ensuring seamless coordination among all parties involved throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at time of application
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, either within an agency setting or an internal environment.
- Proven track record of handling a high volume of recruitment vacancies efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
