About the role

As a strategic thinking People & Culture Business Partner you will drive the execution of our people and culture programs and activities through senior leadership on all aspects of HR processes and practices.

Managing a team of up to 2 direct reports, as P&C Business Partner your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic high-level development and coordination of work plans integrating across organisational design, capability strategy and framework.
  • Translating business strategy and people plans into effective people management interventions
  • Providing HR advice and consultation with business leaders
  • Advantageous is strong advisor experience across WR, Culture change and diversity, remuneration and L&D

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong HR generalist background with proven business partner experience including:

  • Experience in organisational design, change management and business restructures.
  • Demonstrated professional level HR experience with a hands on approach to HR management.
  • An innovative strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management, analytical and influencing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain a wide knowledge of business environment and translate this to specific HR tactics and actions
  • Demonstrated high level of self discipline, self motivation
  • Superior communicator and accomplished advisor
