Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background ideally in Construction and/or Water Infrastructure Projects. Your skills and expertise will help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion dollar investment program over the next 10 years to build, maintain and protect the future of our iconic water resources.

Your Experience and Qualifications 

Relevant Qualification: Degree or experience in Project Management, Business Management, Portfolio and Program management or Engineering. 

Technical Proficiency and Problem-Solving: Strong skills in scheduling, cost management, issue/risk management, and stakeholder management, with a solution-focused approach to complex issues and conflicting priorities. 

Communication and Influence: Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective consultation and relationship-building with key stakeholders both within and outside Sydney Water. 

Strategic Insight and Flexibility: Deep understanding of best practices in infrastructure planning, coupled with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and apply sound judgment to achieve successful outcomes.
