About the role

Sydney Water is looking for a EUC (End-User-Computing) Intune Engineer to operate and implement the day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of Digital Experience services. This role will be part of an exciting project migrating Sydney Water from Windows 10 to Windows 11 with Microsoft Intune.

To enable us to deliver this program, we are looking for candidates with a background and/or experience in working with Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Modern Management technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Operating and implementing Managed Operating Environment services across all sites ensuring service levels, availability, capacity, and resilience.
  • Collaborating with all Digital teams and relevant frameworks to provide information on Managed Operating Environment services supporting delivery, development, and continuous improvement of future foundation services.
  • Working with external service providers to operate and implement the day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of all managed operating environment systems and services, informing the functional lead of any risks, issues, and performance impacts.
  • Implementing tasks allocated by the functional lead to managed operating environment services to meet customer service requirements.

About you

  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of application
  • SOE/MOE/Intune design, deployment, and lifecycle management experience in a large complex environment
  • Strong Windows 10/11, SCCM & Intune experience and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Entra Hybrid join device management and deploying multiple channels of Microsoft 365 Apps
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot/Pre-provisioning & persona management with OOBE
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting knowledge
