About the role
In this role, you will undertake maintenance, enhancement, support and administration activities, and associated technical documentation tasks, of historic MS Access databases that have not yet been transitioned, as well as perform general business analysis tasks as required by the business. There will be opportunities to engage with Sydney Water’s wider Digital team and assist in scoping a migration of MS Access to SAP.
About you
- Minimum five years’ MS Access database development/support/enhancement/administration experience
- Formal qualifications in IT, or experience deemed equivalent
- Proven knowledge and understanding of complex database structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a team environment

- Oracle backend connection (desired)

- SAP/ISU knowledge (desired)
- SAP/Business Objects/BI knowledge (desired)
- Accounting knowledge – General Accounting, Billing, Invoicing, Field Orders, Reconciliation (desired)
- Visio - Flowchart and BPMN (desired)
