In this role, a 6 month contract position, you will that keeps our operations running smoothly. You’ll follow clear processes and work under guidance to help deliver services and manage data accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and data entry support in line with established procedures and under supervision.
  • Assist with preparing and processing reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests, escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Communicate workload and progress regularly, adhering to company policies and data privacy standards.
  • Use technology tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Outlook) to maintain accurate records and support operations.

About you:

This role provides the perfect opportunity for someone with a keen interest in the water industry and administration to join the team. There are no minimum qualifications to apply for this role but we are looking for:

  • A keen listener who will be able to pick up new skills
  • The ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite eg Word, Excel
  • A team player who works well with others
