Your role will involve:

As a EPMO Centre of Excellence Analyst you will be responsible for the provision of EPMO support for the delivery of the enterprise portfolio governance forums. The role supports and actively contributes to EPMO continuous process improvement activities and uplift in EPMO capability and Centre of Excellence function. The role provides administration support for the MSP Online PPM tool, iConnect pages and SharePoint/SWIM repositories.

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the EPMO Centre of Excellence function including policies, frameworks, standards, tools, templates and processes

Use your influencing and facilitation abilities to help uplift the maturity of Project Management capability within the organisation

Contribute to the successful running of the EPMO including governance forums and PPM systems

Provide system administrative support for project/BI tools including MSP Online. Includes providing access to new users as well as training to ensure effective use of tools.

Provide EPMO administrative support for the delivery of the enterprise portfolio governance forums.

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the EPMO Centre of Excellence function including enterprise portfolio management policies, frameworks, standards, tools and templates to ensure effective and efficient processes and governances is in place.

Develops, maintains and proactively improves program/project management toolsets that are fit for purpose to support and enable the portfolio/ program /project delivery processes and standards (as defined by the EPMO). 

What You’ll Bring:

Analytical Skills: You should possess strong conceptual and critical thinking skills which will allow to solve practical problems efficiently. You should have a proven track record of analyzing performance and developing initiatives to improve business process performance.

Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills enabling you to effectively engage with individuals at all levels. Additionally, you should excel at managing competing requirements and meeting strict deadlines in a high-volume work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

You should possess Minimum degree qualification in Business or professional discipline.

Additional relevant tertiary qualifications highly desirable e.g. Portfolio, Program or Project Management qualifications.

Experience in a program/project management environment, with at least 5 years’ experience analysing program/project performance.

Strong experience in Project Management and PMO methodology, services and industry best practices

Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents. This is a 12-month fixed Term Role
