This work is central to ensuring effective use of funds, benefits realisation, and enabling well-informed investment decision-making.

A core responsibility of this role is to develop, maintain, and continuously improve high-quality reports and dashboards in Power BI—our primary enterprise reporting tool. Your role will involve:

Leading the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of Power BI dashboards that provide timely, accurate, and insightful portfolio reporting at the enterprise level.

Assisting in the management of day-to-day portfolio reporting workflows, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Maintaining reporting streams across assigned areas such as pipeline management (including Business Cases and Candidates) and Enterprise Portfolio Dependencies.

Acting as a subject-matter expert in advanced dashboard reporting with Power BI and leveraging SAC experience where possible to enhance reporting capabilities and portfolio insights.

Reviewing, analysing, and ensuring data integration and integrity across reporting platforms, working closely with Corporate/Finance/EPMO functions to align with enterprise standards.

Driving continuous improvement by identifying new ways of automating reporting, improving data quality, and optimising dashboard usability.

Supporting the broader Business PMO team by contributing to initiatives that uplift operational reporting maturity and business effectiveness.
