About the role
The purpose of the role is to fuel Sydney Water’s talent pipeline by being accountable for three key elements: leadership capability development, accelerating the growth of high potential talent and early careers groups.
Accountabilities and deliverables include but are not limited to;
- Develop and implement the Enterprise leadership development plan
- Manage the design of all learnings solutions required by the leadership development plan.
- Facilitate leadership programs
- Design leadership capability frameworks
- Design and implement talent management processes across the enterprise (eg talent identification, talent development, succession management)
- Design and oversee the execution of Sydney Water’s early careers strategy, including graduates, interns, scholarships, trainees, career trackers
- Process owner of all early careers processes (eg recruitment, allocation of grads, budget)
About you:
- Significant professional experience in a corporate organisation leading a team of L&D or OD professionals, ideally in a similar industry
- Dynamic facilitator, presenter, story-teller and coach
- Demonstrated experience leading organisational development projects (working knowledge of waterfall, agile, lean, and design thinking methods highly regarded)
- Demonstrated experience managing development programmes including curriculum development, instructional design, embedding initiatives, and identifying metrics
- Qualification in Adult Learning, Psychology, L&D or Organisational Development
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
- Certification in some psychometric assessment and/or team effectiveness tools
