About the role

Provide support to ensure the effective operation of the Brand, Media and Marketing team including reporting, monitoring, contract management activities, and administrative tasks.

In this role you will also:

  • Work across the Brand, Media and Marketing team to provide regular reporting on KPIs and project status.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers/clients in relation to enquiries and, where necessary, take corrective action in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with the creation of internal presentations
  • Raising PRs (purchase requests) on behalf of the team and processing these through SAP (Ensure the supplier PRs/ PO/ payment end to end process is administered and managed effectively)
  • Manage supplier contracts and preparing any service review reports for the team as part of procurement requirements
  • Processing of supplier invoices through SAP.
  • Provide accurate data entry and ensure compliance with Sydney Water procurement policy and procedures including, but not limited to, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
  • Act as a liaison between the Marketing team and suppliers, including following up outstanding invoices/checking on payments.


About you

  • Diploma in business, communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in a SAP environment
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with the operation of a variety of Windows based applications including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Experience in business report writing
  • Ability to prioritise a high workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to gain cooperation and assistance from all relevant stakeholders
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Experience in procurement and supplier management is advantageous.
