About the role

- To provide quality and efficient administration services to senior management and to contribute to a multi-skilled, engaged and flexible Administration Support team
- Work in a centralised team environment processing catering and cab charge requests, booking travel, accommodation & conferences
- Deliver client-centric, high-quality and efficient administration services to Sydney Water senior managers
- Proactively engage with senior managers as clients to understand their administration support requirements, and address any concerns or complaints with regards to current services
- Manage the logistics and smooth running of meetings including all scheduling of meetings, preparing agendas, arranging catering, preparing papers and producing minutes
- Coordinate the logistics for functions, off-site meetings, roadshows and team briefs including preparing agendas and materials, venue arrangements and responding to queries from attendees
- All aspects of diary management for senior managers including the tracking and follow-up on key actions.
About you
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing administrative support to senior managers
- Certificate lll in Business Administration or a related discipline and/or experience deemed equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced PowerPoint, advanced Word and intermediate Excel.
- Ability to work flexibly within a team, sharing knowledge and working together to deliver what the business requires
- Highly effective interpersonal communication and client service skills
