About the role:
The purpose of this role is to provide process analytics support to the delivery of both projects and initiatives for Transformation that have varied levels of complexity, ambiguity and abstraction.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to;
- Provide fit-for-purpose business analysis services for Transformation focused on simple and usable solutions including:
- Business process modelling and validation of existing models using common business process modelling standards and practices.
- Pre-project problem analysis, scope definition and assisting with business case preparation
- Creation of process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT Services.
- Identify new approaches and solutions to business issues identified through analysis of processes
- Conducting maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and assess business benefits and costs associated with proposed business improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with TX project and program managers to forecast logistics, resourcing and support needs.
- Communicate regularly with SIPO Governance and Assurance team to ensure alignment between TX Initiative Pipeline and the Lifestream plan
- The Business Process Analyst will support the Business Process Lead to Identify and support management of interdependencies, impacting business process performance across the business scope of the Maximo program. Expected pathways are Maximo upgrade program, the respective business process owners, and / or a pipeline of initiatives incl. future EAM upgrades.
About you:
- 5 years’ experience as a Process Analyst or experience deemed equivalent.
- Experience with process design and improvement methodologies and reporting preferred
- Proficient in Holocentric, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Project, Visio
- Degree qualification in business, engineering or related field or experience deemed equivalent
- Qualifications in Six Sigma, Lean Thinking, TQM or equivalent highly designable
- Critical thinking and creative problem solving
- Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
- Highly pro-active with exceptional integrity, professionalism, efficiency and accuracy
- Technical Writing skills in order to define and document processes
