About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Inventory Controller to join our established Planning and Inventory team within the Supply Chain business.

As Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating inventory replenishment for all stores and work order demand, providing reports and monitoring KPIs in order to optimise inventory.


Key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding inventory escalations, investigations and provide delivery ETA’s for work order demands.
  • Manage suppliers to schedule deliveries, resolve outstanding and overdue delivery of orders, warranty claims and damage.
  • Order tracking and maintaining purchase order delivery dates, as well as stock investigations and stocktake


As a successful applicant, you will also bring:

  • Demonstrated Operational knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory management Principles and best practices
  • Proven experience in the management and operation of inventory systems and procedures for multi-site operations.
  • Strong data entry and report generation of data in SAP
  • Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills across all levels of business
  • Strong excel skills, attention to detail and analytic skills
  • Ability to navigate complex tasks and influence outcomes across various stakeholders
