We are seeking a Systems Performance Manager as part of the Product and Infrastructure Performance business, you’ll be responsible for the end to end management of systems performance to ensure the right programs are in place, enabling the water/wastewater system to achieve water quality and reliability/environmental protection customer outcomes, now and into the future.

Responsibilities

  • Wastewater Systems Performance - Collection, storage and transfer of wastewater to water resource recovery facilities and collection storage and transport of stormwater to achieve the Environment Protection strategic outcome.
  • Water Systems Performance – Sourcing, treatment, transport, storage and delivery of drinking water and recycled water to achieve the Safe and Reliable Water strategic outcome.
  • Lead the design and development of program governance over cross-enterprise programs to achieve performance outcomes and close gaps between current and required product, infrastructure and system performance, ensuring effective programs are implemented. \
  • Accountable to make decisions about the asset that ensures the Asset Operator to able to meet service expectations, and drives service and customer centric decision making about assets that optimises performance, risk and cost.


Essential Criteria:

  •  Bachelor’s degree plus an appropriate post-graduate qualification in engineering, science, business or a related discipline or experience deemed equivalent.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product and service performance management related to quality/cost/risk trade-offs with a lens on short, medium and long term outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact, build relationships, influence and drive change at all levels, both internal and external to the Organisation
  • Demonstrated skills in risk management, financial and economic analysis and using/developing related tools in decision making
