Internal Opportunity: Project Engineer

The Project Engineer role provides engineering support to the Project Manager in the delivery of construction activities. This includes resolution of technical issues, monitoring of quality, oversight of hold points and facilitation of handover and commissioning relating to a contract package of works within a project.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the coordination of the scope and budget for projects and/ or programs.
- Contribute to the development and achievement of applicable project schedule milestones and key deliverables.
- Provide technical advice to the Project Manager regarding commissioning and acceptance requirements on their projects.
Essential Criteria:
- Engineering degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent/ related qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in experience in construction/engineering firm managing the delivery of all aspects of medium risk/complexity.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements as they relate to the delivery of engineering solutions, design and small to medium capital projects.
