About the role
This role is supporting a key enterprise initiative that will transform our developer customer experience. We are designing and implementing a new developer platform (based on ServiceNow technology) to replace multiple legacy applications and manual ways of working. This aims to improve developer application processes, application turnaround times, developer support, and user experience for our internal staff, partners and thousands of our developer customers.
You’ll be working with the OCM /Business Transition lead for the program to provide end-to-end change management support to internal teams (office and field based), 30+ external partner organisations and higher impacted developer customers. You'll play a key role in creating awareness, managing stakeholders, coaching and supporting leaders, and driving implementation of change management plans. This role is ‘hands on’ and will work as part of a small collaborative team, in a fast- paced project environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop, refine and execute change management plans to maximise awareness and business change readiness, employee and partner adoption and minimise change resistance
Identify and document detailed change impacts to inform learning requirements. Communicate impacts to stakeholders and support the business to develop mitigations to manage these
Drive business and external partner engagement including change networks, pre training awareness for end users, solution showcases and stakeholder meetings
Provide change coaching for leaders and Change Champions to support them in leading change, and driving the required culture and behaviour changes
Develop fit for purpose change and communications tools and resources
Support leaders to develop and implement Change and Business Readiness plans
Support development and implementation of ADKAR and readiness assessments
Develop plans to embed and sustain the change post go live
Who are we looking for?
High level of relationship management skills and a track record of successfully navigating complex stakeholder environments, including building trust and managing resistance
Strong networking, influencing and presentation skills and ability to take people on the change journey
Adaptable, high attention to detail, and customer centric
Tertiary qualification in Change Management or Business-related discipline, PROSCI experience
5+ years professional years change management experience at a senior level
Essential:
Competent in completing detailed change impact assessments for technical implementations and complex process change
Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills for both internal and external stakeholders / partners/ customers
Highly competent end to end change management experience
Extensive experience working within fast paced IT project-based environments
Highly desirable:
ServiceNow change implementation experience
Working within an agile project environment
Experience delivering change for infrastructure delivery or developer type organisations
