Join our People & Governance Group and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to fostering a culture of reward and performance excellence. We’re seeking a motivated Remuneration Advisor to enhance our Reward and Performance team.
As a Remuneration Advisor, you will manage remuneration approvals and provide expert advice on out-of-cycle pay reviews. You will leverage your analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of remuneration principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements to guide and support our business partners. This role will be offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage remuneration approval processes and out-of-cycle pay reviews.
- Provide strategic advice on remuneration matters to Talent Operations, People Partnering, and people leaders.
- Analyse market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure competitive and compliant remuneration practices.
- Partner effectively with stakeholders to balance business interests and apply the Remuneration Framework.
- Conduct job evaluations and recommend appropriate job grades and salary ranges.
Experience and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of remuneration principles and market trends.
- Proven experience in advising and consulting within a business partnering model.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance competing interests.
- Experience in market analysis, job evaluations, and advisory roles.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis tools.
