About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for someone to act in the role of a Program Management Office (PMO) Specialist and be a part of the Strategic Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) team. This exciting opportunity will be for a period of approximately 6 months (leave coverage) and will enable you to play a key role in supporting our enterprise programs in their successful implementation.

 The PMO Specialist supports a large-scale program within the Enterprise project portfolio. The role ensures that the appropriate financial and project management frameworks are applied on the program and is responsible for governance of the program including reporting risks, issues, financials (including benefits) and quality.

 About You

We are looking for a pro-active individual with experience in working on projects/programs, ideally as an experienced Project Coordinator, Project Officer or consultant.

 Other key capabilities essential to your success include but are not limited to:

  •  Strong team player with proven ability to collaborate with others to achieve goals.
  •  Self-starter who can deal with organisational ambiguity
  •  High proactive with exceptional integrity, professionalism efficiency and accuracy
