About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to develop and implement change management plans for business change initiatives to drive faster employee adoption and greater utilisation and proficiency of the changes to ensure business, schedule and budget objectives are met. This role supports and advises project managers, communications and human resource practitioners and business leaders in change management approaches as well as coaching business leaders in leading their teams through significant transitions.

Change Coaching: Support and advise leaders and stakeholders to facilitate successful business change.

Change Management Plans: Develop and execute plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Framework Application: Implement actionable deliverables, including stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, communications plans, and training plans.

Who Are We Looking For?

Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Change Management or a business-related discipline. Prosci certification preferred.

Skills: Expertise in data analysis and creating detailed change impact assessments, developing and executing change plans, change readiness assessments, and managing change risks. Advanced capabilities with Excel, PowerPoint, and change-related software. Strong problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to influence and manage difficult stakeholders.
