We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a background in Construction and/or Water Infrastructure Projects, who will bring deep industry expertise, leadership, and a history of successfully managing large-scale projects from start to finish. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Your skills and expertise will help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion dollar investment program over the next 10 years to build, maintain and protect the future of our iconic water resources.

Your Experience and Qualifications
Relevant Qualification: Degree or experience in Project Management, Business Management, Portfolio and Program management or Engineering.
Leadership: Demonstrated previous leadership experience in managing large-scale construction infrastructure projects, as well as leading, developing and growing a team of project managers and engineers.
Technical Proficiency and Problem-Solving: Strong skills in scheduling, cost management, issue/risk management, and stakeholder management, with a solution-focused approach to complex issues and conflicting priorities.
Communication and Influence: Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective consultation and relationship-building with key stakeholders both within and outside Sydney Water.
Strategic Insight: Deep understanding of best practices in infrastructure planning, coupled with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and apply sound judgment to achieve successful outcomes.
