About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Services Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, monitoring, and managing procurement services administration across key stages of the procurement lifecycle, including supplier onboarding and Requisition to Pay (R2P) processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end P-Card processes including applications, disputes, cardholder changes, compliance, reporting, and policy adherence.
  • Handle supplier registration, pre-qualification, onboarding in Ariba, and syncing to SAP S4HANA.
  • Perform ad hoc system updates (e.g., BRFs), data cleansing, liaise with auditors, and ensure KPI service delivery.
  • Create and maintain work instructions, facilitate technical/system training, manage procurement enquiries, and support customers with SAP processes.
  • Support the Supplier Management team and the broader Procure & Supply Chain teams, which may include occasional working at some of our site offices. 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in data processing within an R2P environment, ideally 5+ years in a large organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end R2P processes, including P-Card and Accounts Payable, with ERP expertise (preferably SAP).
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate master data and deliver high attention to detail across multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Good financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project administration tools.
  • Collaborative team player with strong planning, prioritisation, and time management capabilities.

Essential Requirements

  • You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.

  • Flexibility to travel across Sydney Water sites as required.
