Customer Service Representative position in Customer Services/ Property Data Team

- 1x 6 month Term Role
- $64,394.26 base salary + Super + Leave Loading
- Parramatta location – near train station
A fantastic opportunity is now available within Customer Metering and Accounts. We are looking for people who want to deliver quality customer experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Liaise with customers to investigate and resolve enquiries or complaints.
- Create and maintain customer, property and meter master data.
- Processing business exceptions including investigation and data processing.
- Create new accounts.
- Provide conveyancing products to brokers.
- Use InfoTrack and LRS to enable accurate billing.
- Work with other areas of Sydney Water as part of your day to day role.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting operational businesses.
- Ability to analyse data and update records involving billing processes and systems to ensure accurate billing.
- An understanding of Deposited Plans and Strata Plans.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in capturing and processing information.
- Ability to use office software to generate correspondence, analyse data and manage time.
- Motivated learner - keen to expand your knowledge and skills beyond the classroom.
- Agile thinking with an eagerness to investigate complex matters to ensure correct outcomes.
- SAP (IS-U) is desirable.
