About the role

As the Senior Change Lead, you'll be responsible for driving change outcomes, collaborating with influential leaders, the Program Change Manager and the Program Director to shape our success. You will be operating in an environment where innovation, teamwork, and growth are central to how we achieve success together.

You'll be a catalyst for the change, leading and executing change interventions and achieving success through others by working closely with the program team, stakeholders, and subject matter experts spanning the entire Enterprise. You'll have a unique opportunity to collaboratively execute Change Management Program strategies and their implementation. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;  

  • Develop change readiness capabilities within our core businesses. 
  • Contribute to Program change delivery, enhancing business readiness, and fostering true adoption. A real focus on behaviours and culture.  
  • Integrate change management deliverables into Program and project plans, anticipate risks and challenges that could impact change management plans, and address them directly and quickly at an interdependent Program and individual workstream level. 
  • Establish metrics to iteratively gauge the effectiveness of the change management approach, to ensure the realisation of benefits from the change. 
  • Guide business leaders and managers in effectively supporting their teams through transitions and change. 
  • Collaborate with Senior Change Leads, Change Specialists/Analysts, Training and communications resources, providing direction and expertise. 
  • Lead and Shape Change – Reporting to the Program Change Manager, you will contribute to the Change Management Program team activities across multiple work streams. Develop and execute the Program change plan whilst working closely with learning and development and communication experts.  
  • This is both a strategic and hands on role where you will drive transformative change, ensuring the realisation of our program's benefits by fostering behavioural shifts and adopting innovative solutions.

About you

  • You are a visionary change management expert with over 7 years of transformative experience at a senior Change Program level. You will hold tertiary qualifications in Change Management or a Business-related discipline and have a leaning towards innovation.  
  • Will have guided the end-to-end spectrum of change management activities, from strategy formulation to hands-on intervention execution in large Change Programs. 
  • Conducted and led comprehensive change analysis and discovery, including detailed change impact assessments and stakeholder evaluations across multiple simultaneous work streams. Skilled at anticipating and managing change resistance, partnering with diverse stakeholders for project success and change assimilation. 
  • Demonstrate experience in identifying and tracking the pulse of business readiness and adoption, an innovation in change techniques for business adoption. 
  • Experience in large employee experience and people-centred strategies and their successful execution.
