The key objectives of the Developer Transformation program:
Enhance the experience for our property developer customers by consistently delivering services in a timely manner, increasing transparency, and improving access to information tailored to their needs. Streamline our processes, data, and systems to improve productivity. Empower our team by minimizing low-value tasks and enabling them to focus on high-value activities that drive productivity and revenue recovery. Meet developers' heightened service expectations.
About You
At least 8 years of experience as a software developer and technology specialist, ideally in a large corporate environment.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based Low-Code/No-Code/BPM platforms, preferably ServiceNow or similar.
Cloud-based solution delivery experience with Microsoft Azure (Function Apps, APIM, Service Bus, Networks, etc.).
Strong engineering background with expertise in full-stack technologies (JAVA, .NET, HTML/JSP/CSS/JS/TS/Angular/ReactJS).
Understanding of enterprise architecture, patterns, and design principles.
DevSecOps mindset with a strong focus on best practices and CI/CD.
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar technical fields
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to have complex technical conversations from a business-oriented capacity and conveying technical ideas in plain language.
Note - This role is titled as Digital Technical Specialist internally in Sydney Water
