Learning and Development Advisor 

  • 11 Month Term Role
  • $112,966.64 + super

About the role

This role is a great opportunity to develop your passion for learning and development and project management skills. This is a service-oriented role where you will support experienced L&D professionals and engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to implement learning solutions, developing the skills you need to potentially move into a specialist role over time.

  • Manage and drive projects across L&D
  • Facilitate programs such as corporate induction
  • Contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of learning and development programs
  • Manage the implementation of learning solutions across a wide range of requirements (e.g. compliance, safety, leadership development programs)
  • Provide quality control processes to ensure program objectives are being achieved and training providers are delivering high quality development experiences
  • Manage reporting processes and analyse data
  • Liaise with external providers
  • Maintain the Learning Management System

About you

You are a lifelong learner, innately curious about how people learn and how organisations build people capabilities to deliver strategic outcomes. You are likely to have worked in a similar industry before, where a focus on safety and technical skills are critical to business success. You love delivering results through excellent project management and stakeholder engagement and are driven to collaborate with your team to be key contributor and support to others.

  • Relevant degree qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or equivalent experience is desirable
  • Certificate IV in workplace training and assessing is desirable
  • Experience in coordinating and managing projects, using formal project management methodologies and technology
  • Exposure to implementing training programs is highly desirable
  • Experience in developing a range of documents for a broad range of audiences
  • Process driven with high attention to detail
  • Highly technology literate
