Infrastructure Performance Reporting Analyst 

Sydney Water is investing $34 billion dollars under our Long-Term Capital and Operational Plan.

As part of this journey, we have an exciting permanent opportunity to join our team as an Infrastructure Performance Reporting Analyst.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining the performance reporting analytic processes, data and artefacts for our Infrastructure Capital Portfolio.

You will be implementing and supporting program budgets and forecasts for accuracy and relevance across the infrastructure portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day portfolio reporting performance and supporting the performance of the Infrastructure Investment Programs.
• Manage the process of reporting requests with the aim of driving efficiencies in reporting.
• Developing reporting, Validate models and data in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Analysis for Office (BW/AFO), Power BI and Enterprise data warehouse
• Work with the team to Monitor & Address data quality and ensure corrections are made.
• Support the Insights Lead, business and other analysts with reporting and data requests as required.

Who are we looking for? 

• Strong experience in program reporting and analysis to identify trends and issues for remediation.
• Strong experience in resolving issues in a complex business environment involving multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI and Primavera (or equivalent ERP and PMS experience) desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
• Extensive experience in managing large program and project budgets.
