As a Senior Development Consultant, you will be responsible for components of end-to-end case management to ensure the seamless delivery of essential infrastructure. Specific responsibilities will depend on the specific team. Generally, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive project coordination and support through our case management platform, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Maintaining case management documentation with a strong focus on quality control.
- Facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders to help developers stay on track with their project deadlines.
- Reviewing case documents in compliance with Sydney Water’s policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Calculating and issuing Infrastructure Contributions with precision and accountability.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, solutions-driven professional with:
- Proven experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deliver results.
- Experience in working within development servicing / customer service / planning environment, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse options and provide strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- The ability to assess and review key documents, including commercial deeds, designs, funding/procurement packages, and finalisation packages.
- Knowledge of infrastructure servicing types (water, wastewater, stormwater, recycled water) would be beneficial.
