  • Parramatta base location with flexible working arrangements – 2 days in office + WFH
  • Base salary $96,651.27 plus 11.5% super and RDOs!


Support customer processes for development, connecting and connected customers through multi-channel interaction. Provide and process information to technical enquiries.

Provide administrative support to the business and create an exceptional customer experience and make Sydney Water the supplier of choice.

Ensure the protection of our customers, our employees and the Sydney Water networks and associated infrastructure.

Who are we looking for?

  • Completion of vocational training to be completed within the term of the employment (Certificate III)
  • Demonstrated high level of customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in working within a development /customer service environment.
  • Understanding of the property development lifecycle including initiation (Council), servicing (water, wastewater, recycled and stormwater) and building.
