The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity is now available for you to work with a team of energetic and focused individuals within our award-winning contact centre. You will be responsible for providing a quality service using your active listening and information gathering skills to effectively communicate and convey messages to customers and other stakeholders. Your day to day duties would include exceptional telephone customer service in a fast-paced contact centre environment, data entry and analysis, account maintenance, billing and metering enquires.

The positions are based at the Contact Centre and are full time permanent roles. The Contact Centre span of hours is 8.00am to 7.00pm, Monday to Friday. This position currently requires you to work between the hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm.

Success Factors

To be successful, you will have several years of experience in customer service or in a contact centre environment and possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also have and a good level of knowledge in the use of computers.

If successful, you will be working with a high performing team that are committed, supportive and dedicated. You will have high level interpersonal skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Ideally, you will be energetic and team focused, flexible, enthusiastic and have a genuine commitment to achieving positive results.
