An exciting opportunity to join our Systems Water Quality team in Water Supply & Production to provide scientific, analytical and technical specialist support in the management of water products (raw water, drinking water and recycled water) to achieve customer, shareholder and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customer water quality complaints and enquiries and actively minimise impacts
- Manage system drinking water quality and optimise performance
- Support the management of product quality incidents, response, investigation and lessons learnt process
- Provide technical expertise and support across the business, including training of staff
- Implement and maintain Water Product Quality Management System
- Provide technical input into water quality risk assessment and manage water quality improvement actions
- Conduct water quality/instrumentation trials and investigations
Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in Science related, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience in water, water quality and/or water operations
- Experience in customer complaint and enquiry response
- Experience in after-hours & incident response
- Experience with software for analytics, Microsoft Office application and ability to use customised software packages
