Reporting to Operations Performance and Assurance Manager this role will see you assist the centralisation of supplier purchase orders into our Procurement function and administration of major Water Supply Chemical Agreements, Water Supply Agreements and and Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) Water Filtration Agreements.
Payment & Invoices: Review, prepare, and process contract and supplier payments, cost adjustments, and variation claims.
Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase requisitions, orders, and work orders; prepare Service Entry Sheets.
Administration: Maintain accurate contract records using various systems; provide administrative support for efficient payment and reporting processes.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure contract compliance with legislation, assist in contract audits, and conduct site inspections for safety and quality.
Reporting & Analysis: Analyse contract data, monitor service provider performance, and assist with performance reporting.
Support: Manage contract meetings, contribute to process improvements, and provide operational support to the team.
Essential Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Science, Business Administration, Procurement/Contract Management and/or relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years in managing contracts with high interaction between contractors and customers, including collaborative contract styles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and all management levels.
- Proficiency in working with data to prepare performance reports, demonstrating accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with interfacing with Quality Management Systems.
