  • Support case managed transactional business customers activities including applications, enquiries and issues
  • Support evaluation, implementation and monitoring of Business Customer and Backflow program activities.

About the role

Help us innovate to meet the challenges of our growing cities as a Customer Support Officer. You play an important role by Supporting the delivery of Business Customer program targets and objectives., you will also:

  • Support investigations on connections or trade waste incidents
  • Use targeted communication skills to provide exceptional customer service to a broad span of stakeholders including plumbers, hydraulic consultants, builders and general public
  • Prepare relevant correspondence to support Customer Property Services team deliverables
  • Communicate with various stake holders which include Customer Services Management Team, Major Customer Team, Customer Metering & Accounts, Customer Programs, Billing and Revenue and Customer Interaction, City Growth & Development, Customer Hub, Networks and Treatment
  • Support delivery of non-standard servicing targets and objectives for connected customers
  • Maintain asset registers and complete annual stock take of working plant and equipment.

About you

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant customer service/ support role with a demonstrated ability to meet objectives &/or qualification deemed appropriate
  • Demonstrated experience working with external service providers to ensure business requirements are understood and delivered
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering programs of work & activities to ensure service levels are achieved
  • Understanding of trade waste management, backflow containment, waste tracking systems desirable
  • Understanding of the delivery and range of programs, products and services to business customers
