Take the next steps in your Sydney Water Career - An exciting opportunity as Business Process Lead.

Reporting to the Practice Manager Process Improvement, P&C, the key to this role is your ability to drive transformational change and the delivery of process improvements, for the implementation of a technology application, supporting field operations and data analyitics.

This role is responsible for the delivery of quantifiable process improvements, systems integration recommendations, value adding solutions, achieve necessary levels of process maturity and capability, and ensure seamless integration with 3rd party processes.

This is a hands-on role and will act as a process leader to the business, coaching of the business and challenging the status quo to ensure the achievement of significant business outcomes.

As a successful applicant, you will also bring:

  • Ability to manage a heavy workload working to defined timelines
  • End-to-end process design experience and alignment to identify and manage interdependencies of processes
  • Understanding of processes plus underpinning systems, data, ways of working, capabilities, governance, and technology and ability to provide the management team with the right information to efficiently manage business improvement, business planning, and innovation.
  • Effectively manage and influence business relationships
  •  Value of working collaboratively, and diversity and inclusion.
  • The ability to influence and work collaboratively across all business groups with a solution focus and creative problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of improvement methodologies and the ability to mentor others
