About the role

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that enhance customer and employee experiences. You’ll help define, design, and refine solutions that align with business goals and user needs. User Experience (UX) Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams—Product Owner, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, and Developers—across multiple projects to deliver effective digital solutions

Responsibilities

Stakeholder & User Engagement

Collaborate with business, digital teams, and end-users.

Work within agile delivery teams.

Research & Analysis

Plan and conduct user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

Understand and define user and business problems, needs, and pain points.

Translate findings into clear outcomes and design concepts.

Work with the Business Analyst and technical team to identify constraints and negotiate feasible approaches.

Participate in the creation of the service blueprints

Design

Facilitate Human-Centred Design or Design Thinking sessions.

Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design assets.

Develop high-fidelity UI designs for the development team.

About You

Essential Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a User Experience Designer in a corporate or enterprise environment.

Strong background in designing customer-facing digital applications.

Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Excellent communication skills, including translating technical details for non-technical audiences.

Experience working within agile methodologies.
