Asset Performance Insights Analyst

This position supports and coordinate’s day-to-day Asset Management Analytics & Business Intelligence reporting environment, to help support the business to make informed decisions about asset performance, products and services across the asset value chain.

Responsibilities

  • Develop dashboard and reports using technical BI and stakeholder management skill.
  • Effectively communicate through reports what performance is, why it is happening, what does it mean for business / impacts, and what actions are in place to address the performance, in a succinct manner for various audiences.
  • Support validation of business assumptions through what if analysis of asset data and other data sets into decision making for capital and operational planning, maintenance, and operations.
  • Review of information for accuracy for use in infrastructure planning, maintenance & operational decision making.
  • Support translation of business requirements into specifications for development or enhancement of asset management reports & dashboards.
  • Support the interpretation of data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to internal/external stakeholders & customers.

About you

  • Experience with Analytical and/or Reporting packages and Business Intelligence tools. Should be able to develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Databricks and/or SAP Business Objects.
  • Experience with data management, specifically with creation & maintenance of asset and location data models.
  • Experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence processes for testing, data quality, training, documentation and technical support
  • Advance MS excel skill and experienced with O365 tools
  • Strong communication, visualisation and analysis skills
  • Project management skills including organisation, planning and execution is desirable
