What will you be doing?
You will be leading business improvement projects to ensure deliverables are achieved. You shall manage project scope, time, cost, risks and issues assessment, resourcing and project communication. You shall apply your knowledge of operational areas and your project management/continuous improvement skills and experience to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
A key challenge of this role is to identify improvement opportunities, to review process and procedures to implement process change, while effectively managing identified risks and issues. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager this is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong experience working within project management framework and looking to develop their career.

Who are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of continuous improvement project delivery within a complex operational work environment
- Recognised Project Management qualification (Prince2 or PMBOK) is desirable
- The ability to lead large and diverse teams across various levels of Customer Delivery such as Networks Team Leaders, Production Employees, Planners and Plant Managers
- Proven ability to build capability within your team to achieve excellence while role modelling Sydney Waters values and behaviours
